It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie John Picard Jr. of Crowley, Louisiana, born in Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse John Picard, Sr. and Yuline Olivier Picard; and his brother Michael Picard. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Breaux Picard of Crowley; his daughters, Jessica Lynn Picard McInnis of Sulphur and Penny Carol Picard Walker (Stacy) of Newburgh, IN; his stepdaughters, Shiela Constantin of Crowley, Julie Moody (Joe) of Prairieville, LA and Kimberly White (Charlie) of Spring, TX; his grandchildren, Nick Decou, Jordan Stapleton, Hayden McCain and Peyton McInnis-Powers; his great grandchildren, Kollin and Isabella Decou; and his siblings, Lynn Ann Rhodes of Warren, TX and Warren Lee Picard of Sulphur. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
