He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Prevost (Mike) and Frederick Heinen (Lynne); his niece Erin Vondenstein (Nic); his nephews, Jeremy Prevost (Sarah), Fred Heinen (Morgan) and Matthew Heinen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, Caroline, Nicholas, Jack, Adele, Elise, Michael, Olivia Mae Vondenstein, Jeremy, William, Amelia, Charlotte, Sam, Ben Prevost, Madelyn, Hudson Heinen, Maddox and Lucas Heinen; and his sister-in-law Susan Heinen.
