He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Monceaux, and Estina Abshire Monceaux, Sr.; his siblings, Carol Foreman, Patsy Ritchie, Darlene Guidry, Lisa Allen, Jay and Ricky Monceaux; and his granddaughter Madilyn Bourque.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Monceaux of Crowley, Brandi Melancon (David) of Iota and Desi Bourque (Nicholas) of Iota; his siblings, Tina Williams, Sharon Breaux, Kenneth, Kit and Johnny Monceaux; his grandchildren, JoDe Istre, Leah Melancon, Anthony Melancon, Kylie Bourque, Parker Bourque, Eli Bourque and Blake Bourque; his former wife JoAnne Louvierre Monceaux; his nephew Johnathan Janssen; and his pet Spot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
