She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Benoit, Sr.; her parents, Ward Ray and Bessie Perry Breaux; her brother Ward Ray Breaux, Jr.; her sister-in-law Alana Hoffpauir; and her niece Courtney Carroll.
She is survived by: her son John (Margaret Benoit) of Crowley; her sister Gwen Leleux of Crowley; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Brett, Megan, Bethany and John Michael. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; several nieces, and nephews.
