He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa B. Guidry and Harry Green; his grandparents, Marguerite Portress Guidry and Pete Guidry; and his stepdaughters, Stacey and Tabatha Milstead.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hamilton Green of Rayne, LA; and his children, Declon F. Green, Jr. of Rayne, LA and Anetra Green of Lafayette, LA. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
