She was predeceased by: her parents, Lurine Freeman and Sebastian Sellers Freeman; her children, Darrell Freeman and Daphine Freeman; and her siblings, Margaret Freeman, Sebastian "Bass" Freeman and Mike Freeman.
She is survived by: her son Dammon Freeman (Linda) of Lafayette; her siblings, John Freeman (Carolyn) of Mansfield, Elsie Bazile (Jerome) of Memphis, TN, Connie Freeman of Crowley and Andrew Freeman (Christine) of Rayne; her grandchildren, Nicholas Baker, Darrell Freeman, Jr. and Wilkins Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Jamal Baker, Sasha Baker and Darrell Freeman, III. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
