He was predeceased by: his parents, Goran Garland and Nina Wriborg Rue; and his siblings, Carolyn Rue Jodon, Ronnie Rue and Byron Terry Rue.
He is survived by: his brother Gary W. Rue of Ft. Worth, TX; and his friend Ronald J. Vincent of Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
