He was predeceased by: his wife Florine S. Hebert; his grandson Brock Vaughan; his brother John "Bootsie" Hebert; and his parents, Roy Hebert and Beulah Broussard.
He is survived by: his children, James B. Hebert (Charlsie) of Cow Island, Roylee G. Hebert (Angela Mayeux Hebert) of Sunset, Lorna Bourque of Kaplan and Tawana (Pete Vaughan) of Kaplan; his siblings, Lina Ruth Miller of Ragley and Mickey Hebert of Lake Charles; and his brother-in-law Dale Stelly of Cow Island. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
