It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Paul Billiot of Cow Island, Louisiana, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aimee "May" Lucille Billiot and Charles H. Billiot; and his siblings, Mitchell J. Billiot, Eunice Leverton and Eula Trosclair.
He is survived by: his siblings, Medora Theresa O'Rourke (Mike) of Covina, CA, Nerville "Bill" Billiot (Gloria), James "Jim" Billiot (Gail) of Houma and Charles M. Billiot of Houma; and his sister-in-law Joyce Boudloche Billiot of Houma.
