He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo Lawson Bell; his parents, William P. "Jack" Bell, I and Audie Naoma Townsend Bell; and his brother Robert Michael "Mickey" Bell. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Leigh Bell Mallams (Tim) and William Jeffery "Jeff" Bell (Missy); his grandchildren, Tyler Mallams (Bayley), Tanner Mallams (Nichole), Morgan Bell Warner (Trevor) and Nathan Bell (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Mallams and Kinsley Mallams.
