He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Lou and Mary Lou (L.); his sisters, Virginia and Susanna; his niece Rhonda; and his granddaughter Raven Makayla.
He is survived by: his spouse Miss Elizabeth Mangum; his children, Constance Michelle, Brian Warrick (Susan), Rhonda Rochelle and Connie; his daughter-in-law Susan; his sister Cassandra Weatherford; his grandchildren, Veronica, Chauncey and Brianna; and his great grandchild Gabrielle.
COVID19 restrictions will govern Graveside Services that will be held in the Winnfield Cemetery off LA Hwy 167 Friday, June 19, 2020, 1:00 p. m. Everyone is asked to wear facial masks and to observe social distancing.
