He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmo Frazier, Sr. and Louise O'Laughlin Frazier; and his brother Joseph Michael "Mickey" Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Elisa Price (Gary Price), Tracy Robinson (Rob Robinson) and Amy McClain (Brian McClain); his grandchildren, Michael Price, Kristen Robles, Virginia Robinson, Scott McClain and Sean McClain; his great grandchild Katherine Robles; and his sister Johnnie Louise Porter.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, which has been providing excellent care to his great-granddaughter, Katherine.
