It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Hughes (Covington, Louisiana), born in Westwego, Louisiana, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Solomen Hughes; and his brother William Russell Hughes. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Evelyn Smith Hughes of Bosco, LA; his wife Wendy A Hughes of Mandeville, LA; his brother Franklin "Bear" Hughes; his children, Kandace Adams (Jeremy), Damien Hughes (Jessica) and Craig Hughes; his stepsons, Brandon Adams (Sarah) and Donald Senez III (Rachel); and his grandchildren, DJ Senez IV, Ayden Adams, Kaitlyn Senez, Liam Adams, Elie Adams and Karoline Adams.
