She was predeceased by: her daughter Laurie Loerch (Floyd Koepp, Sr.); her parents, Clarence O'Keefe and Josie Fussell O'Keefe; and her siblings, Mildred Perrilloux, Eugene O'Keefe and Gary "Sonny" O'Keefe.

She is survived by: her children, Floyd Koepp, Jr., Cynthia Morgan (Randy) and Terren Culbertson (Jerome); her grandchildren, Christy Cornet, Billy Morgan, Chad Culbertson, Eric Loerch, Anna Grace Koepp and Halle Koepp; and her great grandchild Colin Culbertson.
