She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Mecking and Maria Mecking; her husband Lester J. Cure; and her siblings, Verner and Mariana.

She is survived by: her children, Dorothy, Lester (Patti), George (Lya), Mariana, Linda, Brenda and Michael (Katy); and her siblings, Liane and Marita. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center Foundation in Ursula's name.
