He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Souder Manchester; his parents, Tom Manchester Sr. and Kate Kirkland Manchester; and his siblings, Alton Jones, Irma Higgins, Willie Moore and Maudie Carey. He is also survived by his four children, twelve grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
