It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy Brooks Moran of Covington, Louisiana, born in Metairie, Louisiana, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Lynn Havens of Gulfport, MS and Col. Ray Moran of Gulfport, MS. He is survived by: his son Oliver Ray Passman; and his siblings, Matthew Havens Moran (Zhongyuan) of Beijing and Mary Grace Moran of Dallas, TX.
