He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Whitney Tomba of New Orleans; his parents, Fannie Miller Tomba and Nicola Cosimo Tomba; his brother Charles Tomba of Painesville; and his son-in-law Lionel Breaux, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Thomas C. Tomba, Jr. (Jean), Bobbie Tomba Breaux, Susan Tomba Augello (Frank) and Nicholas Tomba; his grandchildren, Thomas C. Tomba, III, Daniel Nicholas Tomba, Nicola Cosimo Tomba, Gabrielle Whitney Tomba and Jared Augello (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Jillian Augello, Lyla Augello and Jordan Augello; his siblings, Joseph Tomba (Linda) of Slidell and Marianna Stronko (Joseph) of Oviedo; his cousin Nicholas Tomba of Painesville; and his brother-in-law Oliver Whitney (Maria) of Mandeville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
