He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Charles Lorenz, Sr. and Thelma Guthrie Lorenz; his sisters, Jacqueline McClinton, Marilyn Joyce Lyles and Olivia Lorenz; his son Barry Charles Lorenz; and his grandson Joshua Charles Lorenz.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dunn Lorenz; his daughters, Robbi West (Rodney) and Shannon Becnel (Todd); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Lorenz, Laura Dean, Blake, Savannah and Sophia Becnel; his great grandchildren, Colston, Hollis Kayte Lorenz, Lillie and Adalyn Dean; and his sisters, Theo Pilot and Alta Powers.
He was active in civic and charitable organizations throughout his life, most recently he served on the Advisory Board of St. Tammany Council on Aging where he remained an active participant until Covid restrictions resulted in their closing.
