She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Eugene Fincham and Colleen Waldron Fincham; her husbands, Floyd Ray Foster, Stephen Vargo and John Stafford; her daughter Mary Ann Manley; her grandchildren, James Wesley Manley, Marcus Ray Manley and Laurie Juanita Manley; and her siblings, Geneva Ankrom, Nancy Vargo, Glen Fincham and Alva Eugene Fincham, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Willie of Covington; her sister Nada Lynne Jacobson of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren, Brett Willie (Jill) of Mandeville, LA and Erin Davis of Baker City, OR; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Manley, Moriah Bone, Foster Willie, Simon Willie, Owen Davis and Samuel Willie; and her son-in-law James Murphy Manley of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
