He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Johnny Pellegrin (Hilda) and Margaret Kern. He is survived by: his son Adam Pellegrin (Stacie Smith); his parents, Mindy Lemons Pellegrin (John Nette) and Doug Pellegrin (Kelly Mittenzwei Tournier); his siblings, Bella, Aidan, Emma (Blaine Pellegrin) and Brennan (Mallory Tournier); his aunts and uncles, Lanie Lemons (Michael Harrity), Joseph (Angel), CJ (Shelly), Andy (Jennifer) and Jeffrey Pellegrin; and his son Leo. He is also survived by his cousins, and all of his great Aunts and Uncles.
In lieu of flowers, Tate asked that any donations be made to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Covington, La.
