He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dohmann Talbot; his mother Barbara Bridges Talbot; his children, Shannon Talbot Starr (Michael) and Seth Stephen Talbot (Stephanie); his siblings, John Talbot (Dianne), Casey Talbot, Patty Talbot Major (Andy) and Cathy Talbot Melancon; and his grandchildren, Madigan Starr, Owen Starr, Colin Starr and Anya Starr.
