She was predeceased by: her father Charles Pereira, III; and her stepfather Howard "Rus" Stembel. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Martin; her children, Jason Martin (Jennifer) and Renee Thibodeaux (Mike); her grandsons, Zachary Martin, Jordan Martin, Ethan Thibodeaux and Kaleb Thibodeaux; her mother Delores "Dee" Schultz; and her siblings, Howard Stembel (Sharon), Lee Ann Sedwick and Linda Oiler (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
