She is survived by: her spouse Mark Winokur; her children, Jennifer Ann Hale and Stacey Marie Winokur; her parent Albert Daniel Skinner; her siblings, Linda Skinner Guidry and Sharon Skinner Watts; and her grandchildren, Kaylee Marie Hale, Daniel Sean Hale, Alainah Leigh Hale, Olivia Ruth Hale and Sean Matthew Hale, Jr.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Sandra to be made to St. Joseph's Hospice.
