She was predeceased by : her parents, James Smith and Martha Jane Smith of Metairie, Louisiana.. She is survived by : her children, Michael Monk (Adam), Brian Monk (Julie) and Kristen Brockhoeft; the father of her children Mark P. Monk (Pam); her siblings, Linda Williams (Tom) and Mike Smith (Sara); and her grandchild Taylor Jane Eric Monk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
