He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Sumwalt and Donald Sumwalt. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lacey Sumwalt; his daughter Samantha; and his grandchildren, Zach, Hannah, Logan and Aiden Stephenson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
