He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Lee Galloway; and his sisters, Theresa and Barbara Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cox Galloway; his daughters, Deborah Galloway Barfield (Ronnie), Kimberly Galloway Murdoch (Gary) and Melinda Galloway Hulsey (Duke); and his siblings, Virginia Galloway Rogers, Bonnie Galloway Pratt, Claudine Galloway Cassano, Frankie Galloway Bryant, Gwen Galloway Plauche and Karl W. Galloway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and amazing long life friends.
