He was predeceased by: his wife Florence M. Jones; his son Roland "Skipper" Jones; his grandson Michael Nickelotte, Jr.; his parents, Edwin Anthony Jones and Christina Baltzer Jones; and his brothers, Edwin Anthony Jones, Jr., Maurice Jones and Charles Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Jones Blackwell (Johnny) and Paulla Jones Nickelotte (Micheal); his siblings, Robert Jones and Peggy Jones Crawford; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kera and Katie (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Kallye, Peyton and Koby.
