He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Higgins Jr.; and his father-in-law George J. Schneider Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Higgins; his children, Jessica (Michael), Katie (Alex) and Jacob (Leeann); his grandchildren, Eden, Maria and Cooper; and his mother Annette Toth.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
