We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2022, at the age of 19, Richard Sampson O'Keefe III (Covington, Louisiana), born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, John Martin, Buck, Leo and Laura Lee Blossman; and his great-great-grandparent Effie Mae Woodall.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Sampson O'Keefe, Jr. (Kristen) and Shanna Martin Lopez (Jeremiah); his siblings, Miah Lopez, MacKenzie O'Keefe, Brady O'Keefe, DeLaney Lopez, Claire Fussell, Addison Lopez and Matthew Fussell; his grandparents, Richard "Sam", Cindy O'Keefe, Eddie, Sandy Martin, Ray, Yvonne Danos, Jackie Lopez, Gary and Martha Cazaubon; his great-grandparents, Margie Martin, Delphine Ashford, Geraldine Phillips, Sallie Nijoka and Lionel Cazaubon; and his great-great-grandparent John Crew.
