He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Rambin Clark and Fred Y. Clark. He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Alexandra Elisa (Brent) and Richard Neal, II; his pet Beignet; and his siblings, Rebecca Arivett (Jerry) and Joseph Clark (Scootie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
