It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard H. Talley of Covington, Louisiana, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Talley. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Chatellier; his children, Vickie Stermer (Dale), Amanda Talley (Abel), Bankston Talley (Jennifer), Dottie Martin, Tammy Helton, Heather Durr and Rebecca Plummer; and his brothers, Glenn Talley (Susie), Joe Talley (Pat) and Robert Talley (Ramona). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
