He was predeceased by: his father James Monroe Stevens; and his sister Patsy Stevens Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Glass Stevens; his children, Christopher Stevens (Amanda Percle) and Jessica Stevens Bolves (Andrew); his grandchildren, Jaden Winston, Abygail Stevens, Brantley Bolves and Scarlet Stevens; his mother Patsy Gynell Smith Stevens; and his brothers, John Stevens and Jimmy Stevens. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
