With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Lee Poulos Jacob (Covington, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on February 13, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Albert Louis Jacob; her child Stephanie Maria Jacob Triplett; her parents, Helen Athas Poulos and James Poulos; and her grandchildren, Tyler Jacob Wilson and Lexie Raye Triplett.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Jacob to be made to the St. Tammany Humane Society.
