He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Francis Garcia, III; and his parents, Joseph Francis Garcia, Jr. and Edith Lancaster Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pfister Garcia; his children, Meghan Garcia (Guy), Katie Mineo (Kevin), Melanie Garcia and John Garcia; his grandchildren, Greyson Mesman, Lily Mineo and Piper Mineo; and his siblings, Michael L. Garcia, James R. Garcia, Christian P. Garcia, Edith Eason, Marie Amelie Freret, Yvonne Crawford and Elizabeth Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
