She was predeceased by: her son Timothy Daniel Jacob, Jr.; her parents, Mary Agnes Mutter Haaga and Valentine Emile Haaga; her sister Deborah Mutter; and her grandson Elijah Meisner.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Daniel Jacob, Sr.; her daughters, Pamela Jacob Meisner and Erica Jacob Young; her siblings, Ellen Rose Haaga and Val Haaga, Jr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Storm Meisner, Braeden Meisner, Gabrielle Young and Daniel Jacob; and her pet Gertie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses be offered for Mrs. Jacob.
