It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ouida Hidalgo Pennison (Covington, Louisiana), who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Klebert Hidalgo and Alicia Rodrigue Hidalgo; her husband Edward Joseph Pennison; and her siblings, Guy Hidalgo, Roland Hidalgo, Arthur Hidalgo, Frank Hidalgo, Agnes Hidalgo Malheit and Mary Ann Hidalgo MacBurney.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Pennison Sr. (Debbie), Keith Pennison (Susan) and Kristian Pennison Cleveland (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Kelleé Pennison Nastasi (Albert), Mark Pennison Jr. (Belinda), Kacey Pennison Bushnell (Blake), Nova Pennison (Gilberto) and Sarah.
