With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otha Ray Jenkins Sr. (Covington, Louisiana), who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son John D. "Jay" Jenkins; and his parents, Inie Fussell Jenkins and Jesse Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Jenkins of Jenkins Towing; his children, Otha Ray Jenkins, Jr., Inie Jenkins and Terry Jenkins; and his brothers, Clyde Jenkins and John Jenkins. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
