She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence Casen Fitzmorris (Loren). She is survived by: her parent Larcie Lucille Bush Fitzmorris; her children, Philip Andrew McGillivary and Heather Kathleen Luster (Ron); her grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Lee (Ethan) and Seth Philip Harner; her siblings, L. C., Willard, Jeron, Lucille and Glen Ray Fitzmorris; and her sisters-in-law, Jean, Nancy Fitzmorris and Dot Southard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. McGillivary to be made to the Ollie McGillivary Endowed Scholarship in Education at Covington High School, Covington, LA or Louisiana Children Baptist Home or First Baptist Church of Covington, Covington, LA.
