With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxanne Noel Ragusa (Covington, Louisiana), born in Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Guy Ragusa; and her parents, Max Noel and Emma Ann Noel (Guy Ragusa Jr.). She is survived by: her close friend Mike Davis; her pets, Jojo, Velma Lou and Cleo; her brother Brad Noel (Carolyn); her niece Brooklyn Lowery (Jonathan); her nephew Blake Noel (Erin); her stepchildren, Mario Ragusa (Mishelle), Mark Ragusa, Paul Ragusa (April) and Theresa Ragusa; and her grandchildren, Shelby Sims (Reagan), Mandy Caldwell and Steven Joseph Ragusa. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and numerous aunts, cousins and close friends.
