He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tommy Harper and Joann Andry. He is survived by: his parents, Dean Harper and Stacie Stire Harper; his wife Bridget Taylor Harper; his children, Noah Daniel Harper and Brea Jean Harper; his siblings, Zachary Harper and Hallie Harper; his stepbrother Austin Prats (Bobbie); his mother-in-law Maurisa Taylor; and his grandparents, Phyllis Stire (Deedy), Frank and Debbie Stire.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing is encouraged and masks are required to attend services.
