She was predeceased by: her husband David; her parents, Ashton J. Fisk, Sr. and Mary Veillon Fisk; and her brothers, Ashton Fisk, Jr. and Charles Fisk (Ernie).
She is survived by: her children, David E. Puig III, Kerry A. Puig, Diane Elizabeth Puig Bergeron (Roger) and Pamela Mary Puig; her grandchildren, Michelle Breaux (Alex), Caleb Puig (Kelley), Blake Bergeron (Katie) and Ian Puig; her great grandchildren, Kade, Devyn Breaux, Colin and Claire Puig; and her sister Audrey Huber.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses or donations in memory of Mrs. Puig to be made to the Covington Food Bank.
