She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Crandle and Amelia "Millie" Crandle; and her siblings, Willie Crandle, Earl Crandle, Thelma Watts, Bertha Buckley, Dorthy Clark and Rita Mae Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Flot White (Artie), Jimmie Flot, Jr. (Erica) and Darnell Edwards (Robyn); and her sister Leatha Hollins. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren.
