He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lambert Latham and Ethel Susan Barber; and his wife Edith Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Lloyd "Gene" Latham (Nancy), Kenneth Latham (Susan) and Elizabeth Ann Lala (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Amanda Latham, Emily L. Aucoin (Barrett), Daniel Latham (Shiloh), Travas Lala (Becky), Justin Lala and Kendall Lala (Maghan). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
