He is survived by: his wife Lalanne Motichek; his children, Kristy Haik (Norman) and Clay Motichek (Leslie); his grandchildren, Austin Haik, Abigail Ledet, Pamela Haik and Brenden Motichek; his great grandchildren, Gemma Haik and Grayson Ledet; his father Lawrance J. Motichek, Sr.; and his brother Kenneth Motichek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
