It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laurie Cornelius Eason Jr. (Covington, Louisiana), who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Eason; his parents, Laurie Sr. and Lydia; and his sisters, Cleo Oxford (Jim) and Lois Berry (Robert).
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Melissa), Mark (Tiffiney) and Christian (Melinda); his stepchildren, Vincent (Yvette) and Mikey Granier; his grandchildren, Jackson, Jake, Marly, Scarlet, Mya Eason, Jensen and Emma Granier; and the mothers of children, Lynn Battle and Spud. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
