He is survived by: his wife Amber Carter; his daughter Lilly Carter; his father Leroy Carter; his sisters, Janice and Shannon; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Carter, Brittany Carter, Leslie Carter, Wyatt Carter and Nathan Heck. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
