He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd V. Perrilloux, Sr. and Edna Mae Dewitt; and his brothers, Floyd V. Perrilloux, Jr. and Larry Eugene Perrilloux. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Goodrow Perrilloux; his son Kevin Scott Perrilloux (BethAnn); his grandchildren, Victoria Ashley Hall (Kale), Blaine Andrew Perrilloux and Beau Alexander Perrilloux; his great grandchild Indy MaryAnn Hall; and his brothers, Ronald Leroy Perrilloux (Valerie) and Raymond Leon Perrilloux (Connie).
