It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelsey Heap (Covington, Louisiana), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, David Kenyon Goff, Joseph Lawrence Heap Sr. and Carole Ann Vinson; and her uncle Joseph Lawrence Heap Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Emma Mae Newton; her parents, Kent Frederick Heap Sr. and Catherine Goff Heap; her siblings, Kent Frederick Heap Jr. and Kenyon David Heap (Melody Morales Heap); and her grandparents, Joan Fasting Heap and Fred N. Vinson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
