She is survived by: her children, Stephen William Valley (Lisa), Jane Valley Tomsic (Mark) and Mitchell William Valley (Robbie); her brother David Clarence Bell, Jr. (Annette); her brother-in-law Dennis Laurent Legendre (Susan); and her grandchildren, Tyler James Valley Tomsic, Kelly Tomsic Hocking (Bryan), Deslonde Valley Harvey (Bentley III), Derek John Tomsic, Gregory Shane Valley (Alyssa), William Edward Valley, Garrett Stephen Valley, Skylar, Brock, Millie, Monet, Braelyn, Aspen and Bentley IV.
Bell was a tireless, dedicated maker of rosaries that she donated to local churches, schools, organizations, and foreign countries.
